If this app doesn't work it might not be the app's fault. I'm in Canada and i have not been able to log into this app. The server in Mexico does not recognize my credentials. I know my email is correct because i have been working with the support/development team and they have verified both my email and my password work on multiple systems in Mexico but not in Alberta. I'm confident this issue will be redolved so in the meantime I'm giving the support team five stars for cometment thank you.

After I install the app it crashes and never opens. The application isn't working on my phone. It's a brand new Samsung Galaxy A13 that I purchased this year in Mexico. I have attempted to reinstall several times but I experienced the same problem.

One of the worest app to use. When I even reset my passwords for so many times but still app doesn't recognize the password and my details. Such incompetent app developer should feel guilty of it's functionality.
