Worked great until I got a different Internet provider, lost connection and haven't been able to reconnect until today, a month later. I found a workaround, I was able to link my grill back to the app by skipping the WiFi setup, as long as the Bluetooth is enabled I'm able to use the app again to see my temperature and probe temps. Hope that information helps someone.

when i first got my smoker and set up the app it worked great, but that didn't last long, had an issue during a cook, uninstalled/re-installed and had it working again, now during my last several cooks it will only connect through bluetooth, but will NOT connect via wi-fi; ive removed and re-added my grill back, and uninstalled/re-installed the app and it still doesn't work, im quite disappointed considering that was one of the great features of this smoker. so much for that...

The App fails at EVERYTHING it's supposed to do. Connecting to WiFi is dicey and when you are finally able to connect, it'll drop the connection after a short time. Tried to register my grill using the App, the menu item for uploading your receipt doesn't work at all. Every time you switch to another app it clears all your data, making filling out forms impossible. I couldn't even create a Nexgrill account at all. I was able to create an account at the website, the app...no dice.
