Experience is very bad, the customer support of powered bank federal is very bad even though I have paid the due amount they keep on calling for repayment,they always say that haven't been updated about the payment the threatend us, the toned was very bad, used inappropriate word, even in the card app update of payment takes a long time to resolve. Very bad experience

It is just a card that cannot be used as a travel card. The app is fancy. But if you check the prices, they are always on the higher side compare to anyone else. Your points etc can be redeemed, I get it, but still, a bad card in terms of travel and the irony is, that's their selling point.

Not able to on-board using Scapia App. Please fix this asap. You guys should see not lose customer having highest CBIL score. It's showing error message- "we are enhancing the Scapia experience with technical improvements. Please try again"
