About this app

In this free application, you will find many stories, written and narrated, which will vary depending on your German skill. There are different lessons sorted by levels, at the end of each story, you will get a series of questions that will help you to verify your understanding.

In addition, you can adjust the speed of the audio while listening to the story.

This application will be useful if you are studying German and you want to improve your German skills. This application is made for anybody who want to acquire German as a new language.

New stories will be published weekly, so you may be able to improve continuously. We want to support you on the way to learn the German language.

Take your time, read the stories, and answer the questions and don't forget to listen to the audios so that you know the correct pronunciation.

New Feature: Now, you can print or share the stories and quizzes you're learning from as PDFs. This makes it easy to practice on paper or share with friends for collaborative learning.

Ratings and reviews

The tests are good, very challenging, they also cover a wide range of topics and themes/setting I'd however like more levels to be added maybe upto level 7 I'd love it more if you added more levels covering more different settings, this would expose us to more vocabulary. Also it would be better if various accents were introduced in the narration as it will enable us get comfortable listening to people from various descents.

Narration is auto generated, without any effort to make it more natural or even add reasonable pauses. Questions for each topic are not really testing comprehension since most of the time the wrong choices don't make sense at all and you can solve most of them without reading the topic. Another issue is that some questions are answered wrong and there's no way to report it.

The lessons did not open and a communication error always existed but after a while problem solved,now I always use this app for German daily practise.
