Both the app and website are horrible! Picture this: Over 30 parents attempting to purchase tickets, and it's a circus every time. This is not a 1st time occurrence. Glitches, errors, you name it. Customer service? Ha! Your only option is an AI slower than dial-up. After it finally gives up, you're left waiting 48 hours for a live representative. Meanwhile, parents are missing events left and right! Unless you enjoy the thrill of tech-induced chaos, steer clear of this digital disaster zone.
