It sort of does what it's supposed to. It will display the number of pending messages on whatever app you are using it for (email, messages, etc...) which is great. But if you have multiple emails, open one and leave the others as unread it will clear ALL dot notifications. To be clear, it doesn't mark the emails as read in the app, but it removes the red dot with the numbers completely, even if there are remaining unread emails or messages. This app is about a 50% solution.

Update for Android 12: I didn't think it worked anymore, but in the app settings, under battery, I had changed it to always on foreground app, and it works again. It's still fairly inconsistent that the notifications count is removed after viewing, so this app really needs a way to clear count or mark all is read.

I have used this app since my last phone update remove the app badge ability. For about 4 months this app worked. But for the last month, it has completely stopped working. If it even identifies an unread email or missed call, the number presented is completely wrong and does not change. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, restarted my phone several times and have checked for updates on both my phone and the app but nothing does it.
