Wish I could give this app zero rating. Notice all of the responses to everyone, sorry to hear this, please contact our office. I don't have the time during the day to sit on the phone with someone for 20 minutes to add a vehicle to my policy. I added my vehicle just over a year ago and did the self-inspection and now more than a year later, I can't add my husband's new car. What a waste of space. Maybe it is time to change my insurer.

Biometric login does not work. It will ask for your fingerprint, with the context disappearing once provided and then nothing further happens. So you're forced to login with a password.

I could not find the link to upload photos of the insured vehicle. I somehow found it once, took the pictures and the got a message that it was'nt uploaded. I don't know if it was done now and can't find the photos again. It is weekend, thus no support 😠
