I got money transfer, but it doesn't show on the app, even though in notifications it is said i received money. I need that money, and i contacted support, it's been almost a week and noone contacted me back, i wrote several emails, i sent it in their form on their website, no response at all. This is by far the worst experience I had with wallets. I hope you can find a way to fix this problem

BEWARE! CAUTION! AVOID! First, it took 4 days for my transfer to show up in my wallet. 2nd, now that's my BTC is in my wallet, I CAN NOT swap or send the BTC, it's just stuck there and I have no ability to do anything with it. And they do not respond with a solution or any help. BEWARE! CAUTION! AVOID THIS WALLET!!!

Deposited money into wallet. Now whenever I try to do any transaction it says I have a invalid hex string. Please fix and I'll give 5 star
