I like the layout of the app. The information shown on the different pages are clear & information about my premiums & payment methods are easily accessible. The only gripe I have with it is linking my fitness tracker to the app to earn my vitality points. Even after calling customer service, they have yet to resolve the issue. Maybe it's just my device, the customer service or the rate of resolving this issue could be more efficient.

Even if you click the remember me box. It does not remember your username or password. It will not let you use anything related to a previous username, email, or anything you would actually remember. Then, when you do put in all the information. It freaks out and says the password is incorrect. If you go to their desktop website, I can log in regularly. Something is wrong with this app.

Hi Malik Malak, for security measure & for a better experience, we highly suggest you to set up the biometrics login by for ease of access. If the issue still persists, kindly use the "Report An Issue" available in the login page, or on the top left hamburger menu after you logged in or email us at my.customer@aia.com to investigate further.

Disappointed, not user-friendly, response time is extremely SLOW. Bad page load time. Just logged in to AIA Vitality point achieved - weekly challenge, after waiting for 8 minutes, the page still didn't respond, given up. Same issue for voucher redemption page, very slow. Uploading medical report in the assessment page is inconvenient, requiring uploading each page one by one. AIA, as reputable co. Unfortunately, the app does not reflect the standards at all. Among the worst apps I have used.
