Although there is some really good content provided by professors in the app, the app itself has become a nightmare to use. Several issues regarding video playback keeps popping up now and then and it's such a hassle to get things running again. pls fix the problems/ bugs in ur app and make it more user friendly as we don't need unnecessary stress right before our exams.

This app has many bugs to fix 1. Full screen view option doesn't work properly. 2. When more than one videos are downloaded, not all of them go to "saved videos" and require re-download. 3. Organization could be better. Why the clinical and practical parts are in the 3rd edition and not in 4th edition !

The videos are often getting error when watching videos after a short gap of time and errors can only be fixed by downloading the app again I have the subscription since 6 months and I have reinstalled the app more then 15 times in these 6 months due to these errors.
