Its been great so far, from time to time the Jobs are abit dry but when you get a job its pretty straight foward and good system. Great for finding connections to more stable work in the future depending which gig you get, looking foward to working more with this app.

Very low compensation for experience level. I'm talking $10-$20/hr less than you would make as an employed journeyman at these same companies. This may be good for new workers looking for experience, but anyone with 1+ year of experience can do better. Doesn't compensate guys who have their own power tools, truck, etc. Also the app is almost unusable. Every action leads to a perpetual loading screen. The app app has to be force closed and reloaded for everything.

Skilled tradespeople should have a say in what they earn on a construction project, so we added the ability for tradespeople with 2+ years of experience in a trade to propose their own hourly rate. Certain functionality on the app is broken. You'll be texted to ask you to review a builder but you can't open the review section. The app will often fail to load with internet connection, if your profile is suspended you get no notifications. The app emails you instead of just sending you a notification to your phone for messages cluttering up your inbox. Support staff isn't very responsive or useful.
