Good app. Let's you buy and use tickets on your phone in Scotland, England and Wales. Biggest flaw is that if buying multiple tickets all the tickets stay on one device, meaning you all have to travel together. Other apps in other countries (eg Taiwan) permit you to buy several tickets and send each one individually to others. I would find this useful.

Hi I like using the scotrail app it is easy to use and it is good for telling you the platform information in the live times part of the app but if possible in your next update can you add on a carriage symbol to tell me how many carriers is on each scotrail service please I think it would be quite helpful information aswell it's to save me looking at the board when I get down to the train station I can just check it on my phone app Thank you 😊

Really easy to use. It would help if you could plan better how you work connections with it. For example, it takes 10 minutes to walk from glasgow queen st to Central but the app wants to make you catch a bus which takes half an hour! That messes journey planning up a bit Love the new cheaper fares and using the train far more. A more regular service between glasgow and carlisle would help a lot!
