Hi friends, Those who are trying to deposit check and getting black screen please follow the below steps - 1. In your Mobile App settings please set "Flushing Bank App" permission to take pics/images. To use Camera. 2. Once you have changed the settings to give permission close your App and again re-open it. Now it should work for sure. I too faced this issue and after too much of Research and talking to one of an experienced Customer Service Executive was able to get the solution !!

It's pathetic. For a long time now, I have to try 7 or 8 times to get into my bank accounts and sometimes I just give up. It keeps saying I have a slow connection but they'll keep trying. It's mobile data 4G, that should be enough speed to work!

I mostly use this app for remote deposit. It reads the front picture of the check fine, but constantly gives. an error message that it can't read the endorsement of the back of the check even when my picture is very clear.
