Ratings and reviews

Great app - Great concept - Easy & User friendly, but has some faults. Download and install is easy. It's been seamless. Recording the driving is really interesting. I score highly, I note some other users complain they score lowly - perhaps they should drive a little better? 😂 Battery usage is very high. 19% on my morning drive of 30 mins. Yes, a charger is a must. The app seems to take an average of driving performance, so far, so good.

Hastings are probably selling your data. Why do they need to have it running constantly in the background impacting the life of your phones battery and daily data usage? Tracking your every move outside of the car? Why does Hastings need to know my every move outside of the car? I thought this was for driving only? Access to all your photo folders? Hastings are probably selling your data. Edit in reply to Hastings: nope, it does impact my battery. It's constantly running and pinging my location

Tried 3 times via the app to change details when changing car and once when I changed address. Got charged £20 each time for the privilege. Yet every time I went back to the app the details hadn't updated. Had to ring....twice.... to get details updated. Once details were eventually updated they told me to use the app in future. Yeah right. I'll be changing insurers when my policy runs out.
