Usually lets me see my balance but sometimes the app wont load. There is also a lot of maintenance that occurs which keeps me from checking my balance however the app is perfect when it works I can see my balance and while I havent needed to deposit a check in a while the ability to get money from my checks without having to go to an atm was very convenient

LOVE IT!! Checking balances, making deposits and transfers, and paying bills automatically through bill pay are super easy with this app! And I really appreciate being able to get auto text withdrawal and balance notifications. I really don't have time to go to the bank or sit on hold waiting to speak to someone, so i don't know what I'd do without this app!

The app is user friendly & easy to use. That being said, since the system upgrade months ago, pending transactions aren't visible anymore. Being able to track pending transactions helps customers be able to alert customer service if there's pending fraudulent charges, know if an account has been compromised, & stop payment if needed. I've called customer service & been told its an acknowledged issue that's being worked on but they don't know when it'll be restored.
