The check deposit portion asks you to check the picture for clarity almost every time even though it's fine. This is an annoying waste of time, especially when I'm in a hurry. Update as of 11-2-22: it still always asks if the picture is clear, even when the picture is perfectly clear, and wastes another minute of your life. This is the slowest online remote banking I've ever used. Update: March 2021 - the app asks me every time to check the picture, even though it is perfectly clear. FIX THIS!

I absolutely hate whatever the hell is speaking when I try to take any picture for mobile deposit. I never had this problem before, and suddenly there was an update and a whole day where the system is down and now there is this god awful change that is HIGHLY disruptive. There MUST be a way to disable it. It repeats every single time the photo mode is opened within the app and has to be repeated when the auto capture takes a bad photo. It's kicking me out of photo mode saying "session timed out"

I am constantly unable to log in either with my password or with fingerprint verification. My balance is not updated all the time. Where if I go online to the bank's website there it'll show it correct and will allow me to log in. I got the app because I'm not always able to get online on the computer and it was supposed to be for ease and for a while there it was the ear over the past month or two. It has really been lacking.
