customer service is great. and app use to be useable. it was so much better when i first bought this product. now we are going on 4 to 5 months where the app doesnt work or do what it states it does. and still upset you won't put back the audio record playback feature back on the app. it helps so much with noise canceling and ability to hear clearly because because reception is better not picking up other radio cell frequencies.

works great when open, but when not open alerts are not timely whatsoever. they will come in a flurry several minutes up to an hour after a flagged event occurs. i also am unable to disable certain events from sending notifications. ironically, these events are more timely. overall a good product just needs a bit of work. update.. alerts are even slower to come through if at all.

Can't add my new device because I consistently get get connection time out. Can't feedback to support through the app because it only allows short email addresses. Could be a good app if they worked out some issues.
