This app has been super glitchy since Samsung updated to UI 5.1. It refuses to open if I try to open it when another app is open or in the background. I've had several embarrassing moments recently where I held up others trying to board the bus in the cold while I'm trying to get this to function. The ability to close the app just by hitting the back button seems to have disappeared as well. I have to either hit the home button or close all my apps to get it to go away when I'm done.

DO NOT buy bus passes via this app. They will defraud you, steal your money, and refuse to issue a refund. The app has a strict limit on device transfers. This sounds fine in theory. However I had to reset my device recently and was permanently locked from my account and the money I'd spent for transferring the app. It never changed devices. I've only ever used this app on the same exact phone each and every time.

The app is easy to use. That said it's absolutely ridiculous that a ticket that I've purchased would only be available to use for 30 days! So if I plan ahead and then don't use them PAT just takes my money and no ride. And I have to buy individual tickets, can't just load up my card and then have them take the fare off the balance.
