Ratings and reviews

I'm an option scalping trader so I continue to see charts and require every minute update. The problem with Kotak neo is when I switch from one display to another, the chart is gone, and I suddenly see the white display (please find the attached images after and before for your better understanding). then I want to go home page then again need to open the chart. Because of this situation, there are 2 minutes every time. and if I count for the whole day the total loss is almost 30 minutes.

Since the latest update, I’ve encountered an issue with the chart feature. When I view the chart, then switch to the option chain, and try to return to the chart, the app takes me back to the main UI instead. This disrupts the workflow and makes navigation frustrating. Please look into fixing this in the next update! Additionally, it would be great to have more features for charting, like adding scalping tools, to enhance the trading experience.

This app is very slow compared to other apps, I want Kotak to update it as soon as possible. Sometimes this app takes a lot of time to complete the order, which can lead to low profit or huge loss and this has happened to me many times. Its customer service is also very bad. If Kotak does not fix it soon then I will be forced to use another brokering app.
