Ratings and reviews

This apps have many problems when using NFC or QR code. Usually I bought the one-way ticket, the scanning was always unsuccessful. It's will show 'it's an invalidate code' or 'the ticket already used'. I often get help from the staff.☹️

The apps has a bug. Everytime I open the app, it always popup announcement notification eventhough I closed it many time. The same problem when I select the location to find ticket/schedule, the app always popup announcement notification. When I closed it, need to select again the location. Can't search for tickets. The problem keep repeating. Cannot purchase ets tickets because of this stupid bug.

Suggestions to KTMB, please improve this app mainly at purchasing ticket, to many step and interface after another next until payment, 15 step/interface. Make it simple in 1 interface all the requirements needed, example origin, destination, daily, weekly, monthly, how many passenger, payment type & etc. For excellent, make it favorite/save menu, 1 click 1 payment. For train schedule, train delay, train problem with semboyan don't mention. Hope you read and make improvement.
