Runs in the background and kills your battery unless you force close the app every time you open it - which is frequently if you're checking the schedule/maps/etc. Huge problem especially in a situation where you need your phone to last the day. Also, the map features don't work to search for or pinpoint any specific locations, events, etc.

Last year's (2018) app was better than this (2019). Slimmed down the app & links now take the user to the website page. Honestly kinda lazy. The site was already hard to use on desktop. Now using the schedule is incredibly clunky. Lots of wasted empty space. If I'm not planning on going to a certain stage, then I should be able to hide it. ALSO. Why can't I favorite food? That feature made it so easy to track & find restaurants, plus listing prices was super helpful when I'm on a budget.

Awful. Had issues getting all the panels to load, which meant I was stuck on the map and couldn't switch to the schedule. Map has constantly low resolution images, so it's barely readable despite reloading whenever zoomed in.
