I'm so fed up with this bank! If it weren't so much trouble, I would have switched banks long ago (and I may still yet). For months now, even their automated account number doesn't work properly!!! Someone should update this bank into this century PLEASE before everyone goes completely online!! The best thing about them is their in-office customer service and that's soon going to be a thing of the past (sad to say 😕) After reading all reviews about online usage problems, I don't dare try that!!

Have to uninstall and reinstall constantly. Doesn't remember user name. Doesn't remember to use fingerprint. Literally fails at its most basic job. And it always has! Edit: I just wanted to come back 18 months later to say ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS CHANGED. This app feels like abandonware. Big ole 👎

Can someone please tell me why this app keeps having me re-enter my login information just about every time I open the app, and that's without any system updates? This is beginning to a headache and very frustrating. It was a good app even with the flaws, but now it's just a roll of the dice if you don't have to re-enter your info. This used to be quick, but going to the website is quicker. The bank itself is not a bad bank, but this app is starting to suck.
