This app used to be great but since they updated their app. It crashes I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. and it still crashes I have even reset my phone several times and that still does not work. Please fix

Well I'm frequently coming from Tennessee to Michigan and always go with Red Roof. I just looked at the breakdown of my reservation and it has a higher price for the Saturday and the price I based on decision on, for Sunday was $58. I was led to believe the rate would be the same for both days. It's about a $15 dollar difference. But being on a fixed income. Every penny counts. I'm a good customer leaving the room in great condition. Don't care about building up points. Reward return customer.

Very low information app. There is nothing to explain anything about the rewards program or to answer any other questions you might have. Also the rewards program is the worst I've ever seen. Most hotels 4-6 nights earns you a free night, on here it takes 15-18 nights. The hotel itself is great just the app and rewards program suck.
