What happened to the "live scoring " program that was going well until mid-May when one morning out of the blue I needed to verify my username and password, which i never needed to do until then and as i entered that info when it re booted i lost the ability to use the scoring feature, why did it suddenly change and why did the program delete that feature??? Somebody made a change to the program that screwed it all up. Everything was working so well for years and not this unfortunate debacle. and by the way i have Galaxy s10+ not a 11 android. If this cannot be fixed, I am requesting a % refund payment for the non-usage of the program and next year along with many of my fellow club members will not renew our subscriptions.

2nd Update September 2018... two months without being able to use the app. Golf season in Michigan is almost over. Will I get a partial refund on my sky caddie membership, probably not. Update.. three weeks and no information on how to fix this. It seems once I updated my phone to Android 9.0 the app can no longer get course information. This also makes the game tracker tags unusable as I need the app to sync the tags. No response from anyone at skygolf. I recently updated to Android 9.0 on my Pixel 2xl. The app can no longer load the courses in my area. It selects the course I'm at but when I select start round, an error appears stating 'problem during get course'. I haven't been able to track a rounds for over a week.

I used this app for years with no problems. But when I renewed, I could no longer correct my score after each hole. I contacted support on 5/31/22 and they got back to me 2 days later saying an app fix was due in a few weeks. I checked again on 6/17. They said in July now. September, I finally got a refund. When I finally got through to customer service, he was very polite about it and said they would email me when the update would be available.
