SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect - Stops pet stealing each other’s food. Equipped with an integrated scale, LED portioning guides and compatible with the Sure Petcare App, it helps you provide your cat with a diet that is tailored to their individual needs and enables you to build a detailed record of their feeding habits.
Felaqua Connect - A drinking monitoring solution designed to encourage drinking by delivering water in a cat-friendly way, while taking away the maintenance hassle of cat fountains. It recognises your pets by their unique microchip ID or their Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag while they’re drinking and builds a record of their water consumption and drinking patterns.
SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect - Allows authorised cats safe, secure access while keeping intruder animals out of your home. Set curfews, remotely lock or unlock and easily check in to see if your cats are home, even when you aren’t.
SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect - Ideal if you have a larger cat or small dogs. Allows authorised pets safe, secure access while keeping intruder animals out of your home. Set a curfew, remotely lock or unlock and easily check in to see if your pets are home, even when you aren’t.

Ratings and reviews

By far the least functional app I've ever used. I'm guessing they have almost no servers because the up to date information takes minutes of staying on that page to show up in the app. Changes made will often revert right in front of your eyes without even leaving the screen. Feeders disconnect CONSTANTLY and can only be reconnected by taking the batteries out then putting them back in. Customer support is completely useless. I've had these for over 5 years now and I don't recommend!

I will definitely change my 1 star rating if my problem changes. I can't get the app to get past the initial loading screen. It just times out and I can't get in. It used to work fine for me, but there's no way to rate that experience if I just can't use it anymore. Edit: finally got things working again after a few uninstalls and reinstalls. Back to 5 stars!

Update: Now the app crashes when I open it, it doesn't work at all anymore. Before: This app was working ok until I added a second feeder bowl, now all the eating reports are broken. It makes both bowls useless for tracking pet food consumption. You also have to create a second, separate sure petcare account to use the this app, which is not explained anywhere, and makes no sense. Otherwise it always says your password is wrong.
