Ratings and reviews

Fails to open/run. Clearing cache, forcing stop and clearing data makes no difference. Uninstalling and reinstalling does help for a day or two before it fails again but I shouldn't have to do this every few days. Poor app that shouldn't have been released with such a fundamental bug and, in any case, once reported it shouldn't take weeks to get a fix in place. Extremely disappointing. (Motorola Edge 40 & Android 13.)

I can't download my files to a new pc. The directories download but they are empty. I don't want to download all the files by themselves as will lose all the directory structures. On the app, I can't search by artist on the app, lots of the screenshots on the Web suggest you can but I don't have a search option. Once I have managed to get all my files back out of the BT cloud, I won't be using it again, which is a shame as it has the potential to be great.

Two step verification needs to be looked at. If you are not tech savvy and you need to find the message it sends you with the two step verification pin code you may need to navigate away from the app to find the sms. Once you then click back on the app it starts the process again. BT needs to look into this. Whilst it is no issue for myself others may struggle when toggling between applications
