Do not use vesti. All my experiences have been bad. I write support to urgently rectify card topup bug which happens often, and i needed urgent payment for a domain renewal if not i might lose an important business domain to a competitor. But Vesti disappointed me. this went to my nerves. i wasnt able to renew that domain, i will just have to move all my funds from vesti. secondly, when you transfer money from Bank A to Vesti Providus bank, it reflects within 2 mins. but send out takes days.

My experience with vesti was a good one, they are effective communicators and they explain till you understand. Their vesti wallet app is very easy to register and access.

funds can be converted from naira to USD wallet, but can't be reversed. It has to be done from the backend with a charge. It's been 3 weeks with no resolution to my complaint.... very poor service
