Interlink Management and Development Consultants (IMDC) is a firm that specializes in human resource management , change management and development consulting. IMDC has been operational for the last five years but the consultants have been consulting in the same areas of operation for the last sixteen years.
IMDC has undertaken numerous projects in various sectors such as Banks, Universities, SACCOS and other Corporate Institutions. The key areas of focus include change management,organization restructuring, job evaluation, HR Audits, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Organizational Culture Surveys, Performance Management , Strategic Planning Development of Balanced Scorecards and Coaching amongst others. We are certified by the National Industrial Training Authority of Kenya as trainers.
The general approach of Interlink Management and Development Consultants is process oriented and there is a close working relationship, dialogue and cooperation with our clients. IMDC ensures active participation of the stakeholders and the beneficiaries throughout the process. The clients are allowed to gain ownership of the outcome in whatever we do.
