Losing out on opportunities to make money, because app DOES NOT work properly no matter how many times I "uninstall and reinstall" it. Sends me push notifications for requests, but they are nowhere to be found in the app itself. Same with texts. Have sent multiple screenshots, etc. to App Feedback and reached out to customer service, but problems still persisit. Missing out on bookings with clients who have prioritized me. Incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. We are professionals. FIX IT!!!

The app was not opening at all this past week. Previously I had issues also with the app storing my unavailability. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the play store...no good. I found an email from Zeel sent last week regarding apl updates. I clicked on the link for Android phones to the play store, installed it....eureka....all bugs killed. Its working great. So to all ZMTs, if you haven't seen that email, find it and reinstall the app thru the links in the email. Namaste.

The app is a hot mess. Nothing seems to work properly: adding availability is a nightmare and I had to figure out a way to do it, sometimes offers don't show up in real time, or I get a push notification but there's no available appointments in the app (not because they were already taken cause I check the instant the notification pops up). I also dislike the app as a whole, it's clunky and not user friendly. It really feels like the technology is from ten years ago. Strong dislike.
