Labor Code (Labor Code of the Czech Republic. Law No. 262/2006 Coll.) - this law regulates all labor relations between employer and employee in the Czech Republic. The Labor Code is the code governing the majority of Czech individual labor law. The current Labor Code (Act No. 262/2006 Coll.) entered into force on January 1, 2007 and repealed the earlier Labor Code (No. 65/1965 Coll.).
