The NOVA Maintenance App offers all users from the technical and medical technology departments of a company, but also external service providers, the opportunity to systematically process messages and orders.
This can be, for example, event-oriented troubleshooting / repairs on a wide variety of objects (buildings, rooms, systems, devices, trees, etc.) or regularly recurring services such as audits.
The messages / orders assigned to the technician are clearly displayed in the app and can be quickly selected from a maintenance object, for example by scanning a 2D code. If further messages or orders are assigned to the employee, they will receive a system-generated push notification on their mobile device.
Work cards for tests, maintenance and inspections can be processed directly in the app with the help of digital checklists without media discontinuity.
If the connection to the server is not available due to connection problems, the mobile processing can continue due to the offline functionality.
