About this app
Ishøj Borgertip makes it easy and simple to report injuries and other conditions in local areas that should be addressed.
Ishøj Borgertip will initially only used internally in Ishøj, but there will eventually be opened up to allow citizens to subside reports directly to the municipality, as described below.
Press "Borgertip" on the front to report a tip, and you will be guided through.
You would here be able to choose from a variety of different types of reports, for example:
- Waste (garbage dumps, waste container, etc.)
- Graffiti
- Green areas (Lack of care, mowing and trimming, etc.)
- Park and street furniture (Error on furniture, signs, fountains, etc.)
- Roads and paths (Missing sweeping or holes in the road, etc.)
To alert you can post comments and take a picture of it with your smartphone.
This will display your position on a map, and you have to move a crosshair to the exact spot where you have observed the damage. Then send your entire submission to the municipality who will then examine the damage.
Under My Tips you can see the status of your reports and follow the municipality's handling of the injury. The municipality has the opportunity to send you a message and can indicate when the damage is either rejected or repaired.
In order to use BorgerTip, create a profile with your contact information.
