Use this app to get easily irritated. To start the app- First OTP, then the password, then fingerprint, then the unending animationof that coin until the skip message appears at the bottom. Wait, not yet into the app. Un necessary popups of old transactions. Close them all then, you are into the app. Now, it displays old cards which are not in use. Uninspiring colors and UI. Stopped using the app.

The app is full of bugs and the whole system looks half baked. The signup journey was broken to start with. I need to enter the password during first time signup which is never provided so I had to go through the forgot password journey which throws a generic error message and doesn't let me signup. After 2 days I tried again and it worked. Then I started getting gateway error when I sign in. It's a webview app with low resolution; completely useless for me at the time when I need it the most.

Not sure why the service still sends me a message about old cards as active or bearing expiry, even when I haven't used the app in more than 3 years. The cards were handed back to my previous orgs so I have no access to them or the email. Even when I try to login, using forgot email it doesn't do anything to assist. Maybe the team has to test their app a little better before enabling options.
