I have never rated an app before but feel compelled to do so after this experience. Drivers have no understanding of how the app works, showed the app and essentially had to wait till the driver got frustrated enough to just wave us by. The app has poor user interface for dates and ages. The app forces you to turn off airplane mode even though you're using wifi. Major issue for us was sharing a ticket. It shared fine but was immediately expired. Issue was because of not synchronized time zone.

No longer functions! For years, I have used this app, experiencing only minor glitches, which were irregular and tolerable, for the option to pay by phone app instead of using a credit card. Now, attempting to use or purchase tickets is not possible, one just gets a blank screen. I've awaited for updates for months before I took to writing this review. Instead, we have a number of tickets soon to expire and no solution in sight. Clearly, the developers have given up!

Used to be a great app, just activate the ticket and show it to the driver. Now its just going to a blank white screen. Its costing me £8.30 to get to work and back instead of £5.50 a day which is a hell of a change as I now pay with contactless. No option of getting a friend with an iPhone to buy my tickets and send them to me either as you're not allowed to send discounted bundles. The drivers are great, but the app is useless.
