Throughout the time I've used the mobile app (probably ever since it's inception), I've loved this app. Minor glitches every once in a while in the early years but otherwise incredibly useful, convenient, and functional. EXCEPT ever since I switched to a pixel phone, I can't deposit checks. It usually won't let me take pictures and the one time I managed to take pictures it didn't upload it and just reverted back to the home screen. Very strange issue that I'm hoping will get fixed soon

It's alright. One thing I really don't like is at least on my Google pixel, the notifications are useless because they don't fit in the notification box. Even when I extend the notification, instead of wrapping the text so I can read the whole thing, it just shows one line of text and then "..." At the end of the line. So all my notifications look like "MSUFCU alert: your current available balance..."

Been using this app for years now. It has a history of not working on Sundays. Service is unavailable for multiple days every month. Currently, the app opens and I can log in, but then it crashes and closes. Repeated attempts to stop and restart the app have not helped. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped. I like the bank and its services, but the app is mids and gets little development as far as the end user experience.
