Ratings and reviews

Unable to login using the app. It always says that the email address is invalid. I tried to login using the website to check if there's really a problem with my login details but i was able to login thru website. It's only the app has a problem. Hope they can fix the issue since the app is more convenient to use than the website.

If only I can rate Pag-ibig as a whole, as an existence, I will give it a negative rating. May email address is correct, my password is correct, but unable to log in, I just tried once but my account got locked. Then, I called but no answer, I emailed, still none, I chatted but none, I went to their branches but no feature to unlock? I mean, this is just beyong ridiculous! ,🤦🤦🤦

I couldn't access my account eventhough I was certain the data I input was accurate. This happened several times already until my account was locked. I tried to chat with an agent but it takes too long and you couldn't return to the conversation when you exit the app. Please improve the app.
