Buggy, worthless, stressful. It's been this way years, but particularly the last couple of months. Always errors stopping me from being able to look at the breakdown of my phone bill. I have two phones on my account as I bought and pay for my Fiancées phone. I pay manually monthly (due to o2 messing up the direct debits). Whenever I click on either account, I'm only ever taken to my phone bill to pay, not her. Now I can't look at my bill or pay as 'access denied' at every turn. Dreadful

I supposedly have o2 roaming in USA.... It doesn't work. Tmobile sometimes gives calls and texts but never data and in Tennessee I haven't even been able to connect. It finds Verizon but won't connect my o2 number. My 3Sim DOES have connectivity so..... I guess the answer for anyone needing to use their mobile abroad is not to go with O2. I challenge them to check my usage and I can provide my 3sim usage in the same period. I reported this over a week ago but still no fix

Does not give you all the information it claims it can. It can show an out of allowances charge is applied, but when you try to get the details for those charges it errors every single time. Tried updating the app and also on mobile data instead of WiFi. Also waited a week in case the data had not been loaded. Still errors.
