The new update is TERRIBLE. I hate having to scroll through multiple accounts just to find the ones I use the most, ex chequing and savings. It's so awkward to navigate, and not intuitive. The only good thing to come out of it is the biometrics login but I'd give that up for an app that had a reasonable layout.

The new update is horrible. Way too many sub sections now to do a simple transaction. The removal of being able to favorite certain accounts so you could see the balance without having to sign in is also an annoyance. The old layout was superior in every way, I don't understand why things have to be changed for the worse if there's nothing wrong with them in the first place.

When the app works I'm very happy with it. However it randomly will stop working from time to time, uninstall and reinstall usually works. (Late December 2023 app won't work regardless of reinstall, **January 16 2024 working again!). For period over the last few years the app would occasionally reject logins, I found copying and pasting into the fields would solve this problem rather than directly letting password manager fill the entries, I also stopped using the remembered account option.
