I saw something wrong about me buying a ticket to play with others to win real money in the games and I already checked my wallet there's nothing with it so can you help me to fix this issue please? I tried to fix many times but it still didn't work since March 29th I don't understand why it led the payment failed

The amount which was deducted from my account for the debit card verification, still didn't got return into my account, it's been 4 days, I have contacted the support but still no response.

App it's self is ok, I've had issues with verifying my credit card. I've sent so many messages to the support team about the issue. It took 6 weeks for one to return my message. The issue being they will message you finally but then it'll take 4-10 days for then to reply again. I was told to send photo ID and the last 4 digits of the card I was using. I did this and I'm still waiting for an actual answer. I'm still waiting for a response.........................
