Many great system features. That said: 1. Bright blue light resets circadian rhythms. App screen color is? 2. Connection difficulties (improved, but...). 3. Bump "Save Settings": only way out without overwriting is a reboot. 4. Mem. recall buttons 1, 2, 3; Save btns 3, 2, 1? 5. Can only display Mem settings by applying them: wipes current settings. Which were? 6. Support? Hello?

The app is solid, and I rarely have issues connecting to my BedJet. I wish that it was a little bit easier to adjust the biorhythm schedules. In particular, it would be nice to set a target "wake time" and run a pattern of stages until that time. The biorhythm issues are really just me nit-picking. The app is easy to use. For 95% of use cases, it is perfect. The BedJet itself is amazing, and it's nice not to have to keep track of a remote when I can just use the app.

The old bed jet app worked great with my v2. I was a very happy customer that bought two of these and recommended it to all my friends. Then they forced an update that disabled the old app, making this new app the only option. This new one? Does. Not. Work. At. All. I've tried all the trouble shooting instructions on their website and it's the same "connect failed" to a bedjet device that it CAN detect every time. This is horrible. You broke it, Bedjet. Fix it.
