CFG Bank Mobile Money allows you to access your account information and manage your finances using your mobile phone. Mobile Money is a fast and secure service to CFG Bank clients.

With Mobile Money, you can conveniently and securely:
• Check your account balances
• View recent transactions
• Transfer money between your accounts
• Pay bills
• Locate ATMs and branches

Security is a priority at CFG Bank. Mobile Money uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and requires you to enter your password each time you log on. Account nicknames that are chosen by you are used to protect your account information. Mobile Money is available 24/7 using your CFG Bank internet banking username and password.

Unfortunately the app crashes immediately when opening it on my Pixel 5 device with USB debugging enabled. USB debugging is necessary to use my phone for Android development. I have not observed this issue with any other bank app. CFG has a promising product with the highest money market APY accounts currently in the US so I hope they improve their tech. Also, there is no two-factor authentication (TFA) which is a big opportunity to improve their security as most bank accounts offer this.

Constant login issue on website. No after hours or weekend customer service. No external transfers available on mobile app most of the times. Customers service is only available during business hours and the wait time easily exceeds 30 minutes to talk to someone. Not enough customer service reps.

I think your last update screwed things up. I can't even log on. I keep getting error messages even after uninstalling and reinstalling. When it does work it's very basic. Nothing extravagant.
