Replaced a simple and functional app with a chrome wrapper that drops me into a queue (!) for a website. Can't get beyond attempting to reregister (why am I reregistering?) before something goes wrong and I get dumped back into the queue. Update: had to register on a desktop Web browser, took many attempts. The android app now works, apart from failing to start about 90% of the time. Hitting "try again" a few times will get it going. Score updated from 1 to 2.

Thank you for your feedback, Simon. When the app first launched, we experienced high volumes of users setting up their accounts at the same time, which led to some being made to queue. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. This should no longer be an issue so please let us know if the iD Mobile app is now working as it should for you? - Beth

Had to re-register without warning, when I wasn't near my laptop for email. The screen layout is cluttered with upgrades, the buttons you need are greyed out at the bottom looking like they don't work, but do. It's not a clearly layed out app, probably just so you press an upgrade by mistake. Needs a proper design, not made by a five year old.

What company does a major update, requiring customers to re-register for an account without telling them first?! AND then it's impossible to complete the process. After several attempts and lots of 'oops something went wrong', I've managed to register but I still can't get in as it tells me it's sending a code by text but the text never arrives! This happens when I try to use the app and also when I try to log in via a web browser, ultimately I can't access my 2 accounts at all. Sort it out iD!
