About this app

Single window interface for Indian Railway Mobile Applications. Currently there are multiple mobile applications by Indian Railways to cater various passenger requirements Including on board cleaning. Most of the app cater to one service. To use different services , users need to search and download each application separately. In order to provide better customer experience, there is a need for integrated application which will give a single window interface for these services.
This app integrates various apps and provide additional features and fulfills Railways commitment towards providing better services. It provides end to end solution to our esteemed passenger from planning of journey to giving their feedback after completion of journey.

App crashes very frequently, very irritating and multiple times highly frustrating. Ones it crashed during payment. Very good app but some improvement is possible I uts part like for date option to type date should also be there. One most important thing that need to be included is with this app after booking the ticket one must have the option to send the sms ticket to any other no. also.

Not at all convenient to use. So many limitations for buying an unreserved paperless ticket: 1. Can't buy ticket from app while at station if there is a long queue at ticket counter; 2. Can't but a connecting train's ticket while on a train; 3. In majority times, have to suffer the GPS accuracy issue. It's always a headache to try for buying an unreserved paperless ticket. So complex, got confused what the app's objective is - issuing a railway ticket or issuing passport/visa to the user.

App is nice n convenient..saves time & has made ticketing very easy and handy...nice app for railway ticketing after long time..no need to login website or visit counter..the only reason for not giving 5* is cos of a major issue it has. While booking it will keep asking you to stay away at a specific distance & will not allow you to book if you are not away at that much distance & this will be showed post inputting every details including payment details as well & then you have to either move away or come nearer. Suggest either the app should allow you to book as soon as you are inside the range irrespective of how close you are.
