App works for basic functions like checking balance except it almost always requires me to verify with my password even though I have biometrics enabled which requires me to enter my password, verify text, and use fingerprint login before I can login just to check my balance. This has happened on two different phones. Also it would be better served with a quick balance slider like most bank apps have.

This new app doesn't work any better than the old app. I don't get why Ameris can't get this right. Every other bank can. I can't log in. It says invalid credentials. I can log in online with the same login info, no problem. I can log into my wife's account on the app, no prob. By the way, we have a joint account. I don't understand why we have to have separate online accounts. It won't let me set up push notifications. Please fix this new app. Just copy the PNC app. It works great.

This bank was great until they decided to change the Mobil app. I can no longer connect plaid or any other 3rd party apps. When I questioned ameris bank about the issue, I was told it was an issue due to them creating a new app (the old one worked great) and that they were working to fix the connectivity issue. This was 2 weeks ago and I've called 3 different times. Each time I am told something completely different. Today I was told that they have no clue when it would be fixed.
