Mobile check deposit is terrible. Usually takes me more than 5 trys. Rest of apps not to bad

DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY FOR LOANS THROUGH THIS APP. We traded the vehicle off and they continued to take the payment from my checking account, then made me drive to Fairmont to get my money back 4 days later. Then, after it was supposed to have been resolved, they done it again the following month!

I've had this app for years and never had any problems with it, but for about the last week I've not been able to get past the login screen. It starts logging me in then I get an error "app has stopped, close app or open again" I've had to use the website. Please fix this issue.
