Very slow takes ages to go to next step. could not complete appointment process. On physical presence they ask you to go through online appointment process. People not having skill for use of computer / Mobile app are stuck.

I went to clifton driving licence office after taking appointment on this app. They refused to accept the appointment and give me web address to take the appointment. I requested them it's a same thing I took appointment on App but they didn't accept they want me to take appointment through web site not on app and then visit next day. Then what's the use of this application. WE CANT CHANGE THEM they ruined my day.

License tracking contacts not showing complete. Some information cuts on screen and there is no drop down menu in application plus contacts are not adjustable in screen in tracking clause
