Ratings and reviews

Bogus app. Giving 1 star bcoz no less valuation is available. Worst kind service. My premium was on auto-deduction mode which they suddenly stopped without any notice and valid reason. I tried calling them several times and e-mailed, but they nobody responded. Furthermore, when they called me for payment of premium, I told them the whole story, but they told me they can't help me. App shows auto-deduction on, but no. Perhaps, now I think, you can understand the standard of service they provide.

Absolutely useless app. They release updates every other week but even the basic things don't work mosttimes. Ex Portfolio NAV, 9 out of 10 times , It can't fetch details. Just go through all the issues raised in App store reviews and try to improve on App development. No use of reaching out to customer service and report problem which is already flagged by scores of customers.

04-Apr-24 After 31-Mar-24, the fund value is not getting updated. 06-Jan-24 The problem of dashboard has started again after 04-Jan-24 update 10-Jun-24 After the last update the dashboard is not showing any policy details. It is completely blank. Even it is not the login name also. It was good before the last update. I think the developers were hurry push a patch and have done without proper testing. The app has become a junk after the 05-Jun-23 update
