I was able to use it once with no trouble. But the second time I try, it crashes and force closes. It's very disappointing since the people at the drop off site won't even help with the manual encoding. They force people to upload this useless app so we can do business without any actual assistance. SUPER DISAPPOINTING.

Recently installed the App, added all the information needed including the shipping details and closed it, when I open the App again it's just showing the J&Texpress Logo and not loading at all. Try to force closed the App but still the same. Decided to reboot my phone, uninstall and reinstall the App, login again and shows all previous shipping details is gone, add all details again, closed and opened the App but the issue still the same. Please look into this and fix it asap!

I booked an order 2x but they dont appear in the "My Orders" tab so I dont have access to various info such as order number, status, etc that are needed in order for me to plan pick up efficiently. I tried to screenshot the bar code so I can show it to JNT rider but it was not allowed so I dont know the order numbers of my bookings. App is easy to use when I type but after it generates the barcode as the final step, it no longer shows my bookings in the My Order tab.
