I love this game, but it recently stopped giving me coins when I've earned them. I tap the gift box, but it just freezes, and I have to exit and reenter the game. I've requested help several times, but they're no longer responding. I'm afraid to uninstall the game for fear of losing my progress. I also won't purchase coins anymore as a result of this problem. Anyone else had this issue?

Not liking recent onsaught of ads....but I do Love this scrabble app...can be very competitive as well as addictive...but clearly a lot of fun....I am amazed at some of the incredible words player come up with...I love it. Don't like the increase in ads especially when launching/opening the app...ads pop up...I enjoy the game, but fgese ads frustrate me to no end...nof sure if it worth it.

This game was fun once upon a time. Now, when I started playing again, there was a solo word mode that somehow disappeared right after I tried playing a round of it. Another issue that I have is that sometimes, my turn will be stolen away from me. I'll check the notifications to see that my opponent has played their move, but then when I go to make mine, I can't. I still have to wait on my opponent to make a move, even though they have already had their turn. Please fix this issue.
