About this app

Manage your account from anywhere with Pacific Western Bank's consumer mobile app. Check balances, make transfers, pay bills, send and receive money with Zelle®, deposit checks and find locations. Available to all eligible Personal Online banking clients.

Available features include:

• Accounts - Check your account balance and search for recent transactions by date, amount, or check number.
• Transfers - Easily transfer money between your accounts.
• Bill Pay - Pay bills, edit scheduled payments and review past payments.
• Zelle® - Send or receive money, typically in minutes.
• Check Deposit - Deposit checks while on the go.
• Locations - Find nearby branches and ATMs.

Can't even log in. It bugs out over enrolling my telephone number. First it texts me a security code. I enter the code. Then it asks to enroll my phone number. But I can't use the number for my phone because it's already in use. Why do I need to buy another phone just so I can use online banking. This app sucks. Make it functional. What is the point?

Ever since the update I can't use my fingerprint to log in and I have to manually log in everytime which takes forever! Really frustrating, please fix this issue! I use this app multiple times a day it shouldn't be such a hassle to log in.

The bank is good, but this app is in desperate need of an overhaul. It's very buggy and does not stay logged in, even with biometrics enabled.
